The International Biennial of Humour and Satire in the Arts (IBHSA) is the most large-scale international art event held by the Museum HOUSE OF HUMOUR AND SATIRE. It comprises competitions for the highest contemporary achievements of humour and satire in the various genres of art. The Biennial runs from May until the end of September every odd-numbered year under the motto The World Lasts Because It Laughs.
